Test drove a 2013 America, as they did not have a 2014 LT, on a Saturday after talking and getting all the answers without any hem or haw. Came back the following Saturday to order one. Well one had come in, sitting in a crate. Did I want it, of course. Well Duane and Keith grab tools and walk me over to the crate. They open it and retrieve the manuals so I can read them ahead of time. The bike gets sent into the shop for final assembly. The whole staff are great and I commend them for making it a great experience. And it was a good price too!

Here is my story involving Street Cycles: I flew out to Portland Maine one-way from Denver CO, wit the intention of buying a motorcycle and riding back to Colorado on a cross country motorcycle adventure for the ages. I got here and the bike I was destined to buy died on the test ride! The next morning I took the bike to Street Cycles. (Best decision of the trip). I told them my plan for adventure and they took a personal interest in me. Made me feel like a real human! they got my bike in first thing, and they were as dedicated as I was to get this bike (and my adventure) on the road. After draining the carbs, and replacing the fuel in the tank, the problem it had with dying was still unsolved! then one brilliant mechanic had the idea that the fuel line must be kinked. He rerouted it and VOILA! It ran like it was a brand new bike. I got back on the road and had the greatest adventure my young self has ever been on. All thanks to the guys at Street Cycles. Their fix got me from Maine to Boston, Philly, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City and then home in Denver! It still is running strong with no issues. Though I paid the full price of the repair, I am forever in debt to the genuine personal service from the Street Cycles staff that got me back on the road to start off my adventure. Though my life may not take me thousands of miles away to Maine ever again, I would hope that others will be drawn to the great people that work at this establishment.

My first BMW, and I have to say, a superlative experience all around. No pressure, just facts. All concerns I had, or thought I had, were readily addressed. I went in on a “fact finding mission”, and was so impressed with not only the machine, but the entire staff. I made it very clear from the beginning that I was only looking, and spent several hours talking with four different and very informed people. No pretenses or judgments involved. I can actually state that for the first time in my life that I enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle, and did not leave with the feeling of being taken advantage of.

I ride a ’96 Triumph Tiger, for me the best bike I could imagine. Being more than a decade old I have a pretty steady need for parts and service. Being a Triumph my options for parts and service in New England are pretty limited. How lucky for me that the best Triumph dealer in New England is right down the road. So far I have bought parts service and accessories and gotten friendly and knowledgeable advice and service every time. When the sad day comes to trade in the Tiger I’ll be headed to Street Cycles.

I bought my first motorcycle almost three years ago from street cycles, a 1982 Suzuki, shortly after purchase i had some electrical issues with the bike, street cycles, repaired it over and over again for 4 months, i ended up with a new battery, new stator coil, new alternator, new fuse box and more, i paid $800 for the bike and they must have invested more then triple that after i bought it, no other dealership would have done that to keep a customer happy, because of that i have referred at least 10 people to buy from street cycles, they ALL had GREAT experiences, i myself since then have bought 2 more bikes and a 4 wheeler, and will be back this spring for another bike, always outstanding service, i will never buy another 4 wheeler motorcycle or snow machine from any dealer other then street cycles regardless of the price, keep up the good work street cycles, Duane and crew!!!!

Duame, During the last week of August 2006, several members in my family embarked on a motorcycle trip from Rochester, NY to Maine and back. The 1st day of the trip my battery ceased to function because of a bad regulator. We were fortunate enough to break down near a dealer in VT who was very willing to help us locate a part and get us up and running. The had a part shipped to your store, where we would be the following day. Although you were out when we arrived, Duane, your staff was very friendly and helpful. Without your shops willingness to help, we would have had to stop the trip. I wanted to thank you for having such a helpful store and although I never got to meet you, I am grateful.

Called at 9:30 in the morning checking on price and availability of a set of OEM (Metzeler) tires for my 1150RT. They had them in stock, inquired to see if they could be mounted that day. Their Service Manager “Katie” said if I could be there by 2:45 they could do it, I was there at 2:45 and back out the door at 4:15 very pleased with their parts and service folks on such short notice. Would recommend BMW riders to try them for tires as their pricing was competitive and their service great!

I am the owner of a 2003 BMW F650 CS. This is my 2nd motorcycle. As a female rider new to the sport, I spent considerable time researching before making this purchase. I really like this bike! Although we experienced the usual problems, they were all covered by warranty at Street Cycles. Katie Kimball the service manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Her efforts and persistence in seeing that the problems were solved are greatly appreciated. Given the reputation of BMW motorcycles I would have expected nothing less. But I was especially impressed by the commitment of the entire staff to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Duane Snow the owner, even telephoned to explain the nature of the problem. Ultimately with Katie’s help, the problems were solved.
