The purchase of my new BMW R NineT was the best motorcycle buying experience that I have had in the 40 + years of riding. Duane, Stephane, Ian, Fred, Gary, Keith are extremely professional and helpful with all aspects of customer service.

I returned to Street Cycles after a long hiatus riding another brand. I had previously purchased three BMW's here and had always had a great experience with the team at street. Test drove a 2013 America, as they did not have a 2014 LT, on a Saturday after talking and getting all the answers without any hem or haw. Came back the following Saturday to order one. Well one had come in, sitting in a crate. Did I want it, of course. Well Duane and Keith grab tools and walk me over to the crate. They open it and retrieve the manuals so I can read them ahead of time. The bike gets sent into the shop for final assembly. The whole staff are great and I commend them for making it a great experience. And it was a good price too!

Here is my story involving Street Cycles: I flew out to Portland Maine one-way from Denver CO, wit the intention of buying a motorcycle and riding back to Colorado on a cross country motorcycle adventure for the ages. I got here and the bike I was destined to buy died on the test ride! The next morning I took the bike to Street Cycles. (Best decision of the trip). I told them my plan for adventure and they took a personal interest in me. Made me feel like a real human! they got my bike in first thing, and they were as dedicated as I was to get this bike (and my adventure) on the road. After draining the carbs, and replacing the fuel in the tank, the problem it had with dying was still unsolved! then one brilliant mechanic had the idea that the fuel line must be kinked. He rerouted it and VOILA! It ran like it was a brand new bike. I got back on the road and had the greatest adventure my young self has ever been on. All thanks to the guys at Street Cycles. Their fix got me from Maine to Boston, Philly, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City and then home in Denver! It still is running strong with no issues. Though I paid the full price of the repair, I am forever in debt to the genuine personal service from the Street Cycles staff that got me back on the road to start off my adventure. Though my life may not take me thousands of miles away to Maine ever again, I would hope that others will be drawn to the great people that work at this establishment.

I have been riding and enjoying motorcycles for nearly 40 years. I work in the motorcycle industry, I am a skilled mechanic, and an MSF RiderCoach. It would suffice to say, I know motorcycles pretty damn well. Street Cycles is the ONLY motorcycle shop I've dealt with where I never felt like somebody might be trying to pull something over on me however small. It's also the only shop where they know as much (or more) about any given bike than I do. That's really saying something. Great job Duane and team. You're the best. I send all my friends to you and anyone would be wise to deal with Street Cycles. Street Cycles? No worries!

I purchased a pre-owned motorcycle (Honda ACE VT1100) in the winter 2004 from Dwayne. The bike was in good condition and at a reasonable price. I had a small issue with it dripping oil in my garage before I got a chance to ride it. Dwayne immediately came and got it and took care of the problem. I've never had an issue with it since and still ride it today. Great shop, great owner who stands behind what he sells. If I am ever in the market for another bike, Street Cycles will be the first place I go.

I filled out a form on the Internet about buying a V-Strom and got a call from Duane that evening. I figured I'd never hear from anyone..He kept in touch until the bike I wanted to look at came in. I looked at it and bought it, the rest is history. It's a nice place to do business.

I tried and test rode various other bikes in the store and while considering a BMW K1300S, the model was sold. These guys ordered another, had it in house within a day, I tried it, loved it and I bought it. No pressure from this dealership, just a tremendous amount of patience and so helpful in all respects. Love the bike and looking forward to a long relationship with BMW in general and Street Cycles especially. Highly recommended and thank you!

I've never bought a bike in February...and probably wouldn't have without a place like SS to purchase from. No pressure...knowledgeable staff and a great selection made the entire experience exceptional. There was no buyer's remorse. I'd do it all over again...possibly even in December.

My first BMW, and I have to say, a superlative experience all around. No pressure, just facts. All concerns I had, or thought I had, were readily addressed. I went in on a "fact finding mission", and was so impressed with not only the machine, but the entire staff. I made it very clear from the beginning that I was only looking, and spent several hours talking with four different and very informed people. No pretenses or judgments involved. I can actually state that for the first time in my life that I enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle, and did not leave with the feeling of being taken advantage of.

On our way back to PA from the Gaspe' Peninsula Quebec, my front tire decided it didn't want to make the trip home. So after contacting Duane at the shop, he said he would hold a tire for me and get me in ASAP once I got the bike there on a SATURDAY! Once there I had a new tire installed in 30 minutes and I was on my way!! You guys in Maine are lucky to not only have such a great dealership, but Duane was one of the most nicest guys I have ever met. Truly a class act!!! Thanks again!!!

I've been buying, riding, and enjoying motorcycles since 1977. I've been in a lot of dealerships and seen (sadly) some of the most untrained, uninformed, and unprofessional motorcycle sales and service people you can image. Or maybe worse than you can imagine. In all that time there is only ONE motorcycle shop in which I have been completely comfortable, and that's Street Cycles. I know they know what they are doing. I know they take care of my and my bikes as if they were serving themselves. Hats off to Duane and his great team. The industry could learn a lot from every one of you.

Looked at a few BMW places, this is the first place that treated me like I was there to be helped, but may have a clue.

I've bought 5 used and 2 brand new BMWs over the years and Street Cycles has serviced most of them. Do yourself and your bike a big favor and get there at some point. The service folks shoot straight and there are no 'twists and turns' shall we say to their bottom line. It is clear that they care and they know what they are talking about. Think of it this way: if your bike is sick or in need of service, Street Cycles is only hospital in New England:

I bought my first motorcycle almost three years ago from street cycles, a 1982 Suzuki, shortly after purchase i had some electrical issues with the bike, street cycles, repaired it over and over again for 4 months, i ended up with a new battery, new stator coil, new alternator, new fuse box and more, i paid $800 for the bike and they must have invested more then triple that after i bought it, no other dealership would have done that to keep a customer happy, because of that i have referred at least 10 people to buy from street cycles, they ALL had GREAT experiences, i myself since then have bought 2 more bikes and a 4 wheeler, and will be back this spring for another bike, always outstanding service, i will never buy another 4 wheeler motorcycle or snow machine from any dealer other then street cycles regardless of the price, keep up the good work street cycles, Duane and crew!!!!

Duane and the Darrin were more than accommodating while I searched local dealers for the bike that fit me and my needs the best. I found my '02 Volusia at Street Cycles and was shown nothing but friendly treatment through out the entire purchasing experience. Duame, During the last week of August 2006, several members in my family embarked on a motorcycle trip from Rochester, NY to Maine and back. The 1st day of the trip my battery ceased to function because of a bad regulator. We were fortunate enough to break down near a dealer in VT who was very willing to help us locate a part and get us up and running. The had a part shipped to your store, where we would be the following day. Although you were out when we arrived, Duane, your staff was very friendly and helpful. Without your shops willingness to help, we would have had to stop the trip. I wanted to thank you for having such a helpful store and although I never got to meet you, I am grateful.

Called at 9:30 in the morning checking on price and availability of a set of OEM (Metzeler) tires for my 1150RT. They had them in stock, inquired to see if they could be mounted that day. Their Service Manager "Katie" said if I could be there by 2:45 they could do it, I was there at 2:45 and back out the door at 4:15 very pleased with their parts and service folks on such short notice. Would recommend BMW riders to try them for tires as their pricing was competitive and their service great!

We've purchased 6 bikes over the past 3 years at Streets. Need I say more! The BEST.

I am the owner of a 2003 BMW F650 CS. This is my 2nd motorcycle. As a female rider new to the sport, I spent considerable time researching before making this purchase. I really like this bike! Although we experienced the usual problems, they were all covered by warranty at Street Cycles. Katie Kimball the service manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Her efforts and persistence in seeing that the problems were solved are greatly appreciated. Given the reputation of BMW motorcycles I would have expected nothing less. But I was especially impressed by the commitment of the entire staff to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Duane Snow the owner, even telephoned to explain the nature of the problem. Ultimately with Katie's help, the problems were solved. I would highly recommend Street Cycles to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW motorcycle and using Street Cycles for servicing and maintenance.

I bought a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50 back in August of 2004, when the bike first came out. I found Darren and Dwayne to be extremely helpful with the process of buying my bike. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had not had a bike for about 20 years and they spent the time with me to answer any and all of my questions.
